AmkaiSolutions is releasing 2 major upgrades; AmkaiOffice ver 3.3 and AmkaiCharts 1.10 with its March 2010 Release. We are excited about great new functionality such as setup and usage of Insurance Contracts

We recently held 3 web meetings for AmkaiOffice. Subsequently to that, we launched AmkaiWiki and AmkaiCommunity. New Features docs and videos's can be found there.

Beginner: All new facilities, New staff, re-assigned staff, and anyone who would like a refresher.
Seasoned: Any user, especially staff who have been on the system for some period of time who are ready for some of the advanced features.
SuperUser: Or powerusers...the staff who maintain the inner workings of the system, i.e. dictionaries, templates, roles etc.
Administrators: Facility administrators, managers, supervisors... to make sure you are aware of the full capabilities of the system and that your staff is utilizing them all.

The Amkai Webinars are not meant to replace one on one Web or Onsite training. They are, however an extremely valuable service that we offer and encourage all users at all facilities to join. More so - please be prepared to participate as the most rewarding sessions are the interactive ones.
