Implementation Consultant

Trainer/Customer Care Specialist: Description: We seek an energetic, self-directed, customer-oriented professional to implement and train healthcare software applications at client facilities and provide customer support. Our Trainer/Customer Care Specialists train end users at client facilities, communicate project objectives to clients, track progress/resolve issues, and ultimately, provide the client with ongoing support. National travel: 75%.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Qualifications: Ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, excellent verbal/written communication skills and professional image. Experience in software product implementation, training and/or healthcare application support is a plus. Technical skills should include proficiency with MS Office Suite; understanding of Windows client/server environment and SQL Server.
